Disputes Regulation Terms
The Romania's designated courts shall be the only proper and relevant authority and venue for any disputes arising from or related to the Terms. You consent to have one year starting on the allegation date to launch a lawsuit.

In accordance with these Terms, you have access to the features and services that gamerparadise offers. The Terms outline the terms and conditions under which the COMPANY ("gamerparadise," "we," or "us") offers digital content access codes through the website https://gamerparadise.net ("Website"). Users may learn more about the various digital game Content, including how to get verified and valid Codes, on this website. We don't produce any material ourselves; we give users access keys to utilize on the developer's platform to unlock, access, and download content. All keys are purchased from independent sources. Client's Side of the Agreement

User Terms of Agreement

- the current Terms in effect;
- the affiliate terms and related agreements, if applicable;
- any conditions that entirely or partially amend or modify this Agreement's sections for security reasons or to comply with statutory or regulatory requirements. In advance of the adoption of such agreements, you will be informed.
If new limitations are adopted, and you find them unacceptable, you may end this Agreement. Please let us know via one of the aforementioned contact methods if you do not want us to continue adding new conditions to your Agreement and give the changes 30 days to take effect. English and, optionally, other languages may be used to communicate this Agreement's provisions.
Access Terms
Users of Gamerparadise can obtain the Codes that provide them access to download and use third-party Content, learn about the key features of the relevant product, and view any video or visual material that explains or promotes it.
You must obtain a Code to access third-party Content. After you do, the Code will become active in your account, and you will receive a post-purchase email. You can get the ordered Content by entering the Code on the third-party website. The Code is deemed to have been utilized once acknowledged and validated.
If the website's creator restricts your access or deletes your account, Gamerparadise will not be held liable. We are not required to reimburse you for the cost of the Code if the developer has given it, but you cannot access the relevant Content.
Although we try to avoid disruptions beyond our control, we cannot completely rule them out. We'll do our best to limit your losses and let you know when the Content is available. However, we have no control over any potential problems with the Content of the third-party platforms. Therefore, you may end your Agreement with us after contacting us if such an event occurs and results in a severe delay and receive a full refund for the Code you have not yet received.
We don't alter or provide updates to the Content; you can only get access codes for the applicable Content from us. Any changes are subject to a licensing agreement with the Content's owner. The developer might offer you new updates and versions of the Content in exchange for a fee.
Ordering Terms
Before sending your order to gamer paradise, please double-check it. You will receive an email confirming your order. If an order is rejected, we may notify you. The following problems could be to blame one or more of them:
- the requested Content is no longer available, or the Code for the sought Content is no longer accessible;
- a mistake has been made in the Code's pricing or description;
- The payment method was declined; hence, we cannot give you the Code for legal reasons.
Gamerparadise is keeping an eye out for any questionable activity. We reserve the right to deny, cancel, or ban the order and close the account if we discover anything suspicious about the account or the order. Even after the order has been validated, it may still occur at any point during the transaction. Termination of the User Agreement
You have the option to terminate the Agreement and perhaps get a refund if any of the following situations apply:
- you have been informed of the modifications to these Terms and do not wish to accept them; you have discovered that the pricing or the Content accessed with the Code is incorrect and do not wish to receive the Code;
- there is a possibility that the Code will be delivered with a significant delay;
- the Code was inoperable for two full days due to technical issues;
- you do not wish to receive the Code. If you choose not to use the Code, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the email confirming it.
Please be aware that used and bought-and-used Codes cannot be returned for a refund or replaced.
The User must expressly notify us of their intent to terminate the Agreement to be eligible for termination. We will use the available lines of contact to send you a confirmation of receipt when we receive a pertinent request.
In this case, the User may request a refund under these Terms if they legitimately seek compensation for an unused code and notify us of that intention within two weeks of the purchase. If so, within 14 days of notifying us that they want to request a discount or refund, they will be reimbursed for the cost of the Code. The User's chosen payment method is then used to send the refund.
Agreement Termination by Us
This Agreement may be ended at any time with notice to you via email. You acknowledge that we may terminate this Agreement per its terms without your consent or a court's intervention. Such a termination could occur under the following circumstances:
- Gamerparadise reported a violation of one or more of these Terms;
- Gamerparadise will send you a confirmation email, but you cannot process your payment afterward.
Even if we cancel this Agreement, you still have to pay all amounts payable to us. In addition, all of your Gamerparadise accounts, access rights to the Code, and use of Gamerparadise are subject to deletion at any time and without warning. Any Terms provision must remain in force even after the contract is terminated to be enforceable.
Codes and Products
You have the right to obtain acceptable-quality codes that are financially properly justified. Although we try our best to send the Codes without errors or potentially harmful Content, we can't promise it will work with your specific device configuration.
The relevant Content must be accessed in accordance with these Terms after purchasing the Code. The developer permits users to use the Content in accordance with the relevant EULA, but users do not have any ownership rights over it. Other rights not explicitly granted to the User in these Terms (aside from ownership of the downloaded Content) may also apply.
The bought Code is only for personal, non-commercial use and is subject to applicable local regulations. The User is not permitted to alter the Content, obtain its elements, share it with third parties for their financial benefit, or remove any identifying marks that identify the Content's owner.
Terms of Purchase
When accessible, please check any Codes you got from gamer paradise, and if you discover any errors, please let us know immediately. Depending on the circumstance, we might change the Code or offer compensation.
The Code is disposable by design and is meant for a certain game in that version. Abdication of Liability

Miscellaneous

Under any applicable law, these Terms are severable. Even if any applicable body judges some sections or portions as illegal, the other clauses will continue to be in full force. If the Terms are violated, we reserve the right to take further action while delaying taking the first action.
Notification is thus given that none of the rights or remedies outlined in these Terms shall be deemed to limit any rights or remedies allowed by applicable law.
